ABOUT Zach

Zach joined the National Commercial Services (NCS) operation of Fidelity National Financial (FNF) based in Atlanta in 2025. The NCS operation provides nationwide coverage across all 50 states, underwriting on Chicago Title Insurance Company, Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, and Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company. Initially joining the team as an intern, today as National Sales Associate, Zach works alongside a six-person sales team focused on commercial title and closing services across the country supporting an active book of business serving developers, lenders, attorneys, and brokers. He plays a key role in supporting a wide range of client-facing and internal initiatives, contributing across pipeline development, strategic preparation, and ongoing team operations.

Zach graduated from The University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance. Based in Atlanta, Zach enjoys golfing, playing pickleball, and staying active at the gym. He placed second in the 2025 NAIOP Pickleball Tournament and enjoys attending basketball, soccer, and other live sporting events.
