ABOUT Pamela

Pamela Berrier serves as Assistant Escrow Officer for the Atlanta National Commercial Services unit. Pam supports the transaction closing teams from a banking and accounting perspective. Her prior experience working for a large national REIT handling acquisition and disposition closings helps her understand what our clients want and need.

During a 12 year span, Pam was involved in closing over $6.3 billion of acquisitions and $1.6 billion of dispositions of office, retail, and industrial properties. Deals included disposition of $786 million portfolio of 27 properties located in 14 states in a single transaction, and acquisition of $31 million office building in Russia and $615 million office complex in Washington DC.
