ABOUT Nikki

Nikki serves as Senior Transaction Specialist for the Atlanta National Commercial Services unit. Prior to joining the Atlanta NCS in 2016, Nikki worked for 14 years as a paralegal with medium to large sized law firms in the Atlanta area with a concentration in commercial real estate sales/acquisitions and lending. She was responsible for due diligence matters in commercial real estate acquisitions and sales and asset based lending transactions from beginning to end. This included title, survey and organizational document review, coordinating the exchange of due diligence documentation, as well as document drafting and management.

Nikki has a B.S. in Marketing Management from Syracuse University. She has an ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate with Honors from The National Center for Paralegal Training in Atlanta, Georgia. Nikki lives in Atlanta and enjoys reading and traveling.
