ABOUT Melissa

Melissa Hall is Executive Vice President and Regional Manager for National Commercial Services operations in Atlanta, Washington, D.C., Baltimore, and Richmond, VA as well as Fidelity’s Strategic Marketing Services unit. She also oversees direct residential and local commercial operations servicing Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. Melissa believes that the nature of any real estate transaction mandates a team effort and a consultative approach with all of their clients and that is what she and her teams provide.

Melissa was the 2010 CREW Atlanta President and is currently an active CREW member. She is also a member of NAIOP and ICSC as well as a past board of directors member for Ed Isakson YMCA and HOPE Atlanta. Melissa has a BS of Science in Management and a MBA with a concentration in Marketing, both from Kennesaw State University.
