ABOUT Katie

Katie joined the National Commercial Services (NCS) operation of Fidelity National Financial (FNF) based in Atlanta in 2025. The NCS operation provides nationwide coverage across all 50 states, underwriting on Chicago Title Insurance Company, Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, and Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company. She works alongside a six-person sales team focused on commercial title and closing services across the country, supporting an active book of business serving developers, lenders, attorneys, and brokers. In her current role, Katie supports the team's day-to-day client and pipeline work, making sure their clients are taken care of and feeling valued as well as appreciated.

Through Katie’s work in the Atlanta art community, she as been featured in the Atlanta Journal Constitution, Best of Atlanta, The Atlantan, Buckhaven Lifestyle, My Buckhead, and Discover Atlanta. Katie is a supporter of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, Rally Foundation, and Atlanta Youth Academy. She was also a speaker at Atlanta Youth Academy’s Career Day, sharing about FNF and the value add it brings to its customers. Katie is a recipient of the Sudderth Fellow Award in Business at Birmingham-Southern.

Katie graduated from Birmingham-Southern College Class with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts. She is based in Buckhead, Atlanta. As a former owner of an art gallery, Katie enjoys collecting and creating art. She also enjoys Pilates and walking at Chastain Park.
