ABOUT Janett
Janett Smoot is Assistant Transaction Specialist for the Atlanta National Commercial Services unit. A 32-year career in residential and commercial real estate prepared Janett for her current position. She joined the Atlanta NCS in October 2013.
Janett has a history of achieving production goals, meeting deadlines and receiving flawless audits. She is committed to providing the highest level of service. Clients and team members view her as a valuable liaison during the process of achieving the best possible results in a timely fashion.
Janett works with the Atlanta NCS team to move money quickly, accurately and safely throughout the closing process. She continues to build on her knowledge by attending workshops and seminars.
