ABOUT Cheryl

Cheryl is Assistant Vice President and Senior Title Officer of the Atlanta National Commercial Services (NCS) unit. As an 11-year veteran of Fidelity National Title Group in Atlanta, Cheryl works on the Georgia Direct Team and provides underwriting, drafting of title commitments, pro formas, endorsements and title policies for multi-million dollar commercial transactions. She works closely with other NCS offices, attorneys and lenders to ensure deals are executed efficiently and to the customer’s satisfaction. She works to solve and provide creative solutions to complex title issues.

Cheryl has 36 years’ experience in the real estate industry which started with a top law firm. During her tenure, she has facilitated a multitude of customer transactions and she has been involved in closing some high profile deals.

Cheryl loves to travel and enjoys scuba diving, tennis, golf, biking and hiking.
