ABOUT Bill

Bill Sutphin is Vice President and Counsel for Fidelity National Title’s Atlanta National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. He is responsible for the coordination and closing of large-scale commercial real estate transactions, both nationally and within Georgia. Prior to joining the Atlanta NCS in 2016, Bill gained valuable experience with a Fortune 10 telecommunications company where he drafted and negotiated commercial contracts. Prior to that, he worked with one of Fidelity’s largest agents where he handled commercial real estate transactions, several of which were in excess of $100 million.

Bill is licensed to practice law in Georgia and is a member of the State Bar of Georgia. He lives in Smyrna, Georgia with his wife and young son.
