ABOUT Alison

Alison is Director of National Sales and Counsel for the Atlanta National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. The NCS is part of the nation’s largest title insurance group comprised of Chicago Title Insurance Company, Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, and Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company, all members of the Fidelity National Financial (FNF) family of companies.

Prior to joining the NCS, she was part of the in-house counsel team for a top 4 national multifamily developers. While there, Alison negotiated debt and equity documents and led the disposition process to institutional investors. Prior to her in-house counsel role, Alison was a partner at a top Atlanta-based law firm where she led teams in acquisitions, dispositions, development, and financing of all real estate asset classes.

Alison received her J.D. from The University of Georgia School of Law where she graduated Cum Laude. She received her B.B.A. in Risk Management and Insurance from the Terry College of Business of The University of Georgia where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with Highest Honors.

Alison is based in Atlanta, Georgia. When not running around to all the activities for her kids, she enjoys playing golf, taking Lagree Method workout classes, and cheering on the Georgia Dawgs.
