Andrew is Assistant Vice President and Counsel for the Atlanta National Commercial Services unit representing Chicago Title, Fidelity National Title, and Commonwealth Land Title. Joining the NCS in 2022, he coordinates with examiners, local title officers, corporate counsel for insured, and underwriting counsel on large scale commercial transactions. Andrew leads compliance for all matters related to the holding and disbursement of funds in escrow. His transaction experience includes over $3 billion in asset value encompassing all main classes including office, industrial, multi-family, retail, and hotel. In his previous position as a title officer, Andrew closed hundreds of transactions annually for more than 80 customers across Georgia, several of which exceeded $200 million.
 
Andrew earned his Juris Doctor from Emory University and has a B.A. in History from Auburn University. He lives in Atlanta, Georgia and enjoys golf, skiing, and hiking.
