Alison is Vice President and Counsel for the Atlanta National Commercial Services unit. Prior to joining Atlanta NCS, she was part of the in-house counsel team for a top 4 national multifamily developer. While there, Alison negotiated debt and equity documents and led the disposition process to institutional investors. Prior to her in-house counsel role, Alison was a partner at a top Atlanta-based law firm where she led teams in acquisitions, dispositions, development, and financing of all real estate asset classes.

Alison received her J.D. from The University of Georgia School of Law where she graduated Cum Laude. She received her B.B.A. in Risk Management and Insurance from the Terry College of Business of The University of Georgia where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with Highest Honors.
Alison lives in Atlanta, Georgia where she can be found chasing her two small children at the various playgrounds around town, when not at their ballet classes or soccer games. She enjoys playing golf, taking Lagree Method workout classes, and cheering on the Georgia Dawgs.
